Using Wellnolio
These terms cover the Wellnolio app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them.
Purpose and limitations
Wellnolio helps you review Apple Health records and create reports. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency monitoring. Records and summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate; review the source records before relying on a report.
Your records and responsibilities
Only access and share records you are authorized to use. You control permissions and report recipients. Keep copies of reports you need; deleting app data or removing the app may remove local notes and saved reports. Do not misuse the service or infringe the rights of others.
Purchases
The first PDF export is free. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. Review the purchase details shown by Apple before confirming. Apple processes payments; purchase restoration and refund requests are subject to the applicable App Store terms and your statutory rights.
App license
The App Store license terms applicable to your download govern your use of the app. Where no custom license is provided, see Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These website terms do not replace that license.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains local data processing, permissions, exported reports, website access, and support communications.
Availability and changes
Features depend on compatible devices, available records, permissions, and Apple services. We may update the app, website, and these terms. The revision date appears above; material changes will be communicated through the website or app as appropriate.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Contact us if you have a problem with Wellnolio.
